Description

AGRICULTURE

This year was marked by a warmer and more dry winter than usual, and spring featured large variations in temperature and precipitation. The beginning of the summer was marked by thunderstorms and intense hail in late June, while July was colder and damp. Temperatures rose in August, which accelerated the maturity. We started to reap the paints on August 30, with good acidity and aromatic intensity.

WINDING / MATURING

Manual harvesting, screening table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC).

On the edge of the boundaries of Quinta dos Murças, we find a valley formed by steep slopes. In this place, mainly north and more protected from the sun, when the wind blows, we can hear it beep.

Whistle comes from vineyards like these, from installments with unique characteristics and planted at higher altitudes. Product of the most traditional castes of the region, our fresh and versatile red, white and rosés whistles are distinctly gastronomic wines.

COLOR:Rose, with gentle red highlights.

AROMA:Elegant, with the red fruits standing out along with some vegetable aromas that give it greater freshness.

PALATE:Delicate, with good acidity and some tannins, has a fresh and persistent ending.
