Quinta dos Murças Minas comes from vineyards planted on a slope between 110 and 300 meters of altitude. These south-facing vines, more exposed to the sun, produce grapes with greater concentration. On these same slopes there are several water springs, which refresh the environment and allow a balance between greater ripeness and the freshness so characteristic of Murças. Winemaking of Quinta das Murças Minas Tinto 2021: Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite lagares using foot treading and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months.
