Description

Quinta dos Murças VV47 2017 comes from a historic vineyard, the oldest vertical vineyard of Douro, planted in 1947, with southeast exposure and 40% slope. It translates the maximum expression of our terroir and its potential, which is characterized by its elegance, harmony and complexity. Wine Vinification Quinta dos Murças VV47 2017: Manual vindime, selection table, disgust, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC), in granite mills using a walk and pressing in an old vertical press . Internship: In French oak barrels used for about 12 months.

Aroma

Very complex and intense, where they dominate the ripe red fruits and the characteristic balsamic aromas of the older vineyards

Flavor

Of great harmony and elegance, the mature tannins are very thin and their balanced acidity. Has a very long and persistent ending that, as a whole, allows to predict a great longevity

Color

Intense and deep, with violet laivos.
