This wine is dark purple with a fresh and appealing aroma of violets, plum, and raspberry. It is a velvety, well-balanced wine with deep, powerful tannins and fine acidity. A serious, fresh, and well-balanced Port that could only be from the Pinhão Valley.
Winemaking:
Maceration in stainless steel "Lagares" and vats with temperature control at 28-30ºC. Bottled 2 years after colheita , after aging for one year in old barrels.
