Description
Bright citrine yellow color. Delicate aroma, with notes of the unmistakable character of the Rabigato grape variety. On the palate, it surprises with its remarkable acidity, imparted by the Viosinho grape variety, its remarkable structure, creamy texture, and delicate retro-nasal aroma, which give it a long and appealing finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Total destemming with protection against premature oxidation. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC - 22ºC. Aged in stainless steel.
