Description
It has an appealing aroma, with fruity notes that completely overpower the wood. On the palate, it presents a surprising acidity, a striking structure, a slight astringency, and a delicate retro-nasal aroma, which gives it a long and seductive finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Received with total destemming and gentle crushing, followed by five days of maceration. Aged for nine months in new French oak barrels.
