Citrine color with greenish hues. Fruity aromas with a slight floral hint of mountain thistle. Very flavorful on the palate with an elegant acidity.

Winemaking:
Rigorous maturation control to determine the right time for colheita . Total crushing and destemming with protection against premature oxidation. Clarification in 18 hours. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC - 22ºC.
