Light pink color and bright appearance. Distinct aroma, somewhat exotic with notes reminiscent of currant. It surprises with its fresh acidity, elegance, creaminess, and slight astringency, stimulating the appetite.
Winemaking:
Strict ripening control to determine the right colheita time. Total crushing and destemming with protection against premature oxidation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20ºC.
