Description
Mirabilis Tinto reflects with greater depth the winemaking years of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, resulting in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, profound and very precise.
Winemaking:
It is a unique wine, impossible to copy year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters from each of the best barrels, undergoing a long tasting process until the final result. Totally destemmed. Unfiltered. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
