This wine takes us back to the vineyard, to the farm, to the terraced fields. The intense color of an excellent vintage, the complexity and density of aromas of wild berries, cassis and blueberries; white spice. Great concentration; great balance between the muscular structure and the succulent texture that intertwine with the body of the wine and make it a tense, long and deep finish.
Winemaking:
Manual selection of grapes on the sorting table at the entrance to the winery. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (8-9ºC) for 6 days. Fermentation at low temperature (22º - 24ºC) for 8 days in stainless steel; 2 "dosages" per day. Early release (when glucose/fructose levels fall below 40 g/L). Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.
