Quinta Nova Touriga Nacional Reserva Red Wine

The deep color and dense, fresh aromas of Touriga Nacional awaken our senses. The varietal aromas sometimes evoke the delicacy of violet, and other times reveal orange blossom blending with wild berries – blueberries and blackberries – in a perfect and harmonious symbiosis. On the palate, silky textures stand out where, layer after layer of dark fruit, we notice the succulence of tannins well-matured by time. This is followed by the nerve of the schist geology and the climate where the intense sun tears through the dewy mornings. It is also from the freshness and minerality of wet stone that Touriga Nacional speaks to us, where we are enveloped by sensations of fruit and white spice in a long and precise farewell.

Winemaking:
Aged for 9 months in 300-liter French oak barrels (second year).
