Description

An intense red wine with violet notes. The fresh aroma presents red fruits on a floral and balsamic background. Somewhat unctuous, it shows light tannins and a pleasant finish with floral notes and elegance.

Winemaking:
Selection of grapes upon arrival at the winery. Complete fat removal with pre-cold maceration for 3 days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. Skin maceration and temperature control with storage in stainless steel and bottle. No filtration or stabilization processes.
