Deep red color. The nose reveals elegant fruit flavors and floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and smooth, with aromas of wild berries complexed with balsamic and cocoa notes. The finish is smooth and very persistent with intense fruity notes.
Winemaking:
Manual selection of grapes upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation: Partial destemming in lagares (traditional stone troughs) for 2 days, with temperature control. Remontage (pumping over) and intense maceration for 2 days. 20% naturally fortified with brandy (77% vol). Aged in wood and stainless steel for 4 years, produced using the traditional method without filtration or stabilization processes.
