Description
Mater (from Latin sub. fem): The one that performs the function of mother. Of the woman who generated and raised her children. It has achieved harmony, delicacy and consistency. We honor our mother, Rosa, for these attributes present in this mater rosé.
Light cold contact with temperature control. Fermentation in used barrels. Stainless internship with Battonnage over the thin -lengths.
It is an intense, mature wine, specific to the "terroir" of the Douro, a positive aging in the bottle is foreseen for about 4 to 5 years after the traffic jam.
