Description

Intense, crystalline citrine color. Aroma with notes of white fruit (pear and apple), citrus, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it reveals great acidity, freshness, elegance, good length, and a strong gastronomic character.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 20kg crates, fermentation shared between a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank and a French oak barrel. Aged in French oak barrels for 16 months and then in the bottle.
