Description

Crystalline pale pink. Fresh aroma, with slight touch of wild fruits, mineral and light floral. Structured, fresh, delicate but persistent. Strong gastronomic profile.

Vinification:
Direct pressing to low pressure and cold static decantation (36 to 48 hours). Fermentation in old barrels until traffic jam.
