Citrus green color. Aroma of white flowers, tropical notes, a hint of peach. On the palate it is elegant, with a balance between freshness and structure. Persistent, with a good finish.
Winemaking:
Manual harvesting of grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection upon arrival at the winery. Later destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of 17º C and bâtonnage.
