Description

Quinta Valle Madruga Grande Reserva Branco 2019 is marked by aromas of fresh fruit and minerality. The palate is structured, fruity, unctuous and elegant. A good company for the table.

Winemaking: Manual harvesting of grapes in 22kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection upon entry to the winery. Subsequently destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 17º.

Aging: In stainless steel tanks.

Test results: Color: Light citrine hue and yellow sparkles. Aroma: It has an intense aroma of white flowers with notes of peach and apricot. Palate: Very fresh in the mouth, very elegant with an excellent finish, with aromatic notes in the retronasal region to enhance its taste potential.
