Description

Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection upon entering the winery. Subsequently destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 17º C.

Filtration: By plates followed by polypropylene cartridge
