Description
Hand-picked grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection upon entry to the winery. They are then crushed and trodden in a wine press. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Ruby with violet notes.
Nose: Aroma of ripe red fruit, with wild notes and some
floral note.
Mouth: Very balanced, lively, elegant but with structure and lots of fruit in the finish.
