Description

Intense fruity wine, aged in stainless steel vines and from vineyards over 20 years old. Very balanced, fresh, elegant, fruity and end of prolonged mouth.

Vinification:
Harvest manual grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the entrance of the winery. Later resulted and pressured. Long alcoholic fermentation in 17 ° C and bâtonnage controlled stainless steel tubs.
