A youthful, citrine color. Aromatically intense with tropical fruits, typical of the Moscatel grape variety. On the palate it is fresh and vigorous, with a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
After destemming, the grapes are taken to the pneumatic press, where they are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place over approximately 15 days at a controlled temperature of 14°C. After alcoholic fermentation, the batches are stacked in stainless steel tanks, subsequently stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
