Description
Ruby red in color with beautiful violet hues. On the nose, it presents floral notes and hints of red fruit, all well-integrated with the toasty oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with ripe fruit and soft tannins.
Winemaking:
Vinified in stainless steel fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C for 10 days. All varieties are fermented separately. This is followed by a further 5 days of carbonic maceration. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged in used French oak barrels for 9 months.
