Description
Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with total destemming upon arrival at the winery. Vinification in small stainless steel vats without the addition of yeast.
Test results:
Ruby violet color. The floral and balsamic aromas of Touriga Nacional and Castelão combine perfectly with the elegance of Aragonêz. Good acidity, with a long and pleasant finish.
