Meticulous and manual harvesting respecting the integrity of the grapes. Part of the grapes were vinified using the open vat method in small stainless steel vats (without contact with the skins), and another part through skin contact (with the skins) in a traditional lagar (wine press), both fermented without yeast inoculation. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by 4 months of bottle aging.
Tasting notes: Orange in color, with a pronounced aroma of orange blossom due to skin maceration. On the palate, it surprises with its unusual combination of structure, acidity, and salinity.
