A Wine From Old Vines Over 60 Years Old And Arranged On Ancient Terraces. Intense and fresh with mentholated and floral notes.
Winemaking : Selective Manual Harvest for 20kg Boxes. Alcoholic Fermentation in Granite Press with Foot Treading and Partial Maceration with Stems. Malolactic fermentation in 2nd year French oak barrels. Wine with light filtration and subject to the creation of fine deposits.
