Description
Minimum aging of 3 years in the cellar. Light straw in color, with a fruity, fresh and delicate aroma, and a smooth and fresh palate, it is ideal to accompany cakes and sweets.
Winemaking:
Each stage of production is closely monitored by wine experts, whose scientific knowledge incorporates a century of accumulated experience. The second fermentation process is carried out in the bottle according to the traditional champagne, or classic method. The wine and natural fermenters undergo a meticulous evolution process where humidity, light, and temperature levels are fundamental. The riddling, disgorging, and fortification procedures, always performed by highly experienced technicians, complete the production process of these sparkling wines, giving them a final touch of class. This sparkling wine matures for 2 years.
