Very pale color, unusual for a sparkling wine made from red grape varieties. Delicate aroma with very expressive jam notes. Very good balance on the palate, smooth evolution to provide complexity, creamy and appealing finish.

Winemaking:
Each stage of production is closely monitored by wine experts, whose scientific knowledge incorporates a century of accumulated experience. The second fermentation process is carried out in the bottle according to the traditional champagne, or classic method. The wine and natural fermenters undergo a meticulous evolution process where humidity, light, and temperature levels are crucial. The riddling, disgorging, and fortification procedures, always performed by highly experienced technicians, complete the production process of these sparkling wines, giving them a final touch of class. This sparkling wine matures for 3 years.
