The wine and natural fermenters undergo a meticulous evolution process where humidity, light, and temperature levels are crucial. The riddling, disgorging, and fortification procedures, always performed by highly experienced technicians, complete the production process of these sparkling wines, giving them a final touch of class. This sparkling wine matures for 3 years.
