A very beautiful aroma, balanced between citrus notes and others with fruity sweetness. On the palate, it's fresh and well-balanced, soft, flavorful, and with tamed acidity; very refined, agreeable, and versatile, especially when enjoyed at the table.
Winemaking:
Each stage of production is closely monitored by wine experts whose scientific knowledge incorporates a century of accumulated experience. The second fermentation process takes place in the bottle according to the traditional Champagne method, or classic method. The wine and natural fermenters undergo a meticulous aging process where humidity, light, and temperature levels are crucial. The riddling, disgorging, and fortification procedures, always carried out by highly experienced technicians, complete the production process of these sparkling wines, giving them a final touch of class. This sparkling wine matures for at least 6 years.
