Description

Beautiful color, demonstrating youthfulness, and which impresses even Champagne aficionados. Fresh and aromatic, with very elegant fruity notes that give it intensity and character. Flavorful and delicate, it presents surprising notes of brioche, which give it a unique profile for a Douro sparkling wine.

Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after the grapes have undergone a light, low-pressure pressing. This aging process also takes place in stainless steel before a second fermentation in the bottle. This is followed by a second aging period of four years in the bottle, where the disgorgement process is finally carried out before release to the market.
