Beautiful color, showing youthfulness and impressing. The aroma is fresh and aromatic, with fruity and very elegant notes. A sparkling wine with intensity and character that proves flavorful and delicate on the palate. It has some surprising notes of brioche, giving it a unique profile for a Douro sparkling wine.

Winemaking:
Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after the grapes underwent a light, low-pressure pressing. The "first phase" occurred in stainless steel, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle for a period of one year. This return process precedes release to the market.
