Description
A beautiful red wine that surprises with its concentration of color and aromatic expression. On the nose, it highlights aromas of bergamot and very ripe black and red wines, in a very clean and seductive profile, with great complexity. On the palate, the wine reveals flavors that are hinted at on the nose, as well as light vegetal and balsamic nuances that give it breadth of flavor and good layers. The tannins are very round and juicy, and its acidity is balanced, thus completing the wine with an excellent texture and a long, persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The alcoholic fermentation of the must is monitored in stainless steel tanks at 24-26ºC. The wine is aged in used French oak barrels for a period of 12 months, until bottling, both processes without any SO2 correction.
