With a youthful ruby color and beautiful violet hues, the nose presents floral notes and hints of red fruit compote, all well-integrated with the toasty oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with ripe fruit and soft tannins.
Winemaking:
Winemaking takes place between the first and second week of October in stainless steel fermentation tanks, at a controlled temperature of 28°C for 10 days. All varieties are fermented separately. After malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in small-volume tanks. Following this, the wine is stabilized, then bottled and subsequently aged for 3 months in the bottle.
