Intense salmon color. Aroma to red fruits, with notes of cherry, currant and raspberry, as well as strawberry, cassis and ginger. Of delicate structure, with harmonious and smooth texture. A fresh wine and of good complexity. Elegant and acidic ending.
Vinification:
Total disgust and pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC.
