Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperatures for approximately 30 days. Aging in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage.
Test results:
Greenish yellow color. Elegant and fragrant, with citrus notes. Good freshness in the mouth, with fresh and well-balanced fruit. Medium finish, combined with a refreshing acidity.
