Winemaking:
Fermentation with long maceration and controlled temperature between 24º and 26º C. In stainless steel vats, 9 months of aging in the cellar before being delivered to the consumer.
Test results:
Intense ruby color. Aroma of wild berries. flavor, very spicy, slightly dry, elegant tannins. Long, fresh and with good acidity.
