Winemaking:
Fermentation with long maceration in a traditional lagar (traditional stone trough). The wine aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in the cellar before release.
Exam notes:
Deep violet color, with aromas of red fruits. On the palate it presents good structure, vibrant, fresh and elegant tannins.
Storage and serving tips:
It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, provided it is kept in a cool, shady place.
