Description
Citrus color. Fine and elegant aromas with notes of tropical and citrus fruits. Intense palate, full of aromatic notes, with balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Destemming and pressing. Cold settling follows. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is then aged on its lees for "bâtonnage" for 6 months.
