Description
Ruby in color, with a very elegant aroma dominated by red fruits and a toasty touch. It has good structure, elegant tannins, and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Destemming, foot treading in traditional granite lagares (wine presses) at controlled temperature. Aged for 6 months in second-use French oak barrels.
