Description

Manually harvested grapes rapidly without oxidation. Fermentation at low temperatures. 6 -month internship with infusion of French oak chips.

Visual test notes: Limid straw yellow

Flavor: The Alvarinho caste guarantees the fruity nose where the wood fuses in a subtle way. Strong and with character, complex flavor to moist and mature natural plants.

Bumper

The Averse Rine, another remarkable copy of the Manuel Costa & Filhos collection, is a Green Wine Doc that profoundly values the reverse caste. This white wine is produced from manually harvested and rapidly pressed without oxidation. Fermented at low temperatures, the wine is matured for six months with an infusion of French oak trees, acquiring a light straw yellow hue.

Aromatically, the reverse is dominated by floral notes with a discreet but elegant presence of wood. In the mouth, it proves to be fresh but complex, with a balanced acidity and well integrated sugars, resulting in a harmonious and engaging taste.

Consumed preferably up to three years after traffic jam.
