The Averse Rine, another remarkable copy of the Manuel Costa & Filhos collection, is a Green Wine Doc that profoundly values ​​the reverse caste. This white wine is produced from manually harvested and rapidly pressed without oxidation. Fermented at low temperatures, the wine is matured for six months with an infusion of French oak trees, acquiring a light straw yellow hue.

Aromatically, the reverse is dominated by floral notes with a discreet but elegant presence of wood. In the mouth, it proves to be fresh but complex, with a balanced acidity and well integrated sugars, resulting in a harmonious and engaging taste.
