Clear, brilliant color of deep intensity, with a purple hue. Clean nose without flaws. Elegant, pleasant, with intense aromatic intensity, fragrant, roses, floral, violet, black fruits, blackberries and black cherries, balsamic and spices. On the palate, medium acidity, fine, soft, elegant tannins with pronounced intensity, intense fruitiness. Very pleasant dry finish, long and with excellent persistence.
Winemaking:
The grapes were foot-trodden and fermented in traditional granite lagares, where intense maceration to obtain the best possible extraction is fundamental for a good final result. This wine aged for 20 months in wooden barrels in the Quinta's cellars before bottling. It should age in the bottle for 8 to 15 years before reaching the complexity and bouquet characteristic of a Vintage.
