Armagnac Saint-Vivant has a rich tradition dating from 1559, when Saint-Vivant de la Salle produced the first bottle. The famous “fans” bottle reproduces the original bottles used by Saint Vivant. Casa Saint Vivant uses selected wines, exclusively from the Gasconha region. These wines are distilled in traditional copper stills, and the resulting alcohol is aged in oak hulls. Saint Vivant's Cave Master then begins the complex process of mixing the various aged spirits, with a view to obtaining the final lot that makes this brand one of the most reputable Armagnac in the world.
