Description

Bright lemon yellow color. Pronounced young and fresh explosion of citrus and mineral fruits. Young and vibrant. As on the nose, a splash of citrus, mineral, shale, crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Clean refreshing finish.

Winemaking:
The grapes are de-stemmed, followed by pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
