With a pale straw color, Sandeman White Port presents an aroma of tropical fruits with slight notes of vanilla and a slightly fresh taste, with crisp characteristics combined with a touch of natural sweetness.

Winemaking:
Sandeman Porto Branco is produced using the traditional Port wine method. The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and crushed before fermentation, at a controlled temperature, with skin maceration to extract the best components. The addition of wine alcohol at the ideal moment establishes the balance between the body and bouquet of the wine. This moment is chosen by the winemaker following rigorous control of fermentation temperatures and densities, the latter depending on the grape variety, the stage of ripeness and the desired final sweetness.
