Descrição
Pale yellow in color, it presents a youthful and fresh aroma of white fruits from a blend of classic varieties. An intense aroma balanced by good acidity. It is a young wine, without aging, highlighting the aromas of the grape varieties.
Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes. Received with total destemming. Gentle crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 14ºC. Aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
