Description

With a youthful and vibrant aroma of ripe red fruits, it is a blend of classic grape varieties from the Trás-os-Montes appellation, with a good structure balanced by good acidity. It is a young wine, without aging, highlighting the aromas of the grape varieties.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand in small perforated boxes. Reception, destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 23ºC, with prolonged maceration. Aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
