Description
Vinification:
Manual harvest. 50% natural fermentation and aging in Amphora, in contact with the skins. 50% natural fermentation in stainless steel and aging in Amphora.
Tasting Note:
Greenish yellow color. Nose with floral notes and mineral matrix. Strong acidity balanced by the earthy component, denouncing in an elegant, structured and persistent way the stage in Amphora that gave rise to it.
We also suggest
