A wine with a citrine color and an intense, complex aroma, highlighting notes of passion fruit. The palate is well-structured with a deep acidity. A well-balanced wine.
Winemaking:
Winemaking using a cold maceration system for 12 hours, followed by pneumatic pressing where all fermentation tanks are removed without pressure, static cold settling for 24 hours. 6 months in stainless steel, fermentation time between 15 and 20 days with a controlled temperature of 15 to 18ºC.
