Description
Elegant, full-bodied and intense with white flowers and ripe fruit, some jam. On the palate it is round, with very good acidity, mineral, very well-integrated wood, ripe fruit always in the spotlight with a long finish.
Winemaking:
Winemaking using a cold maceration system for 12 hours, followed by pneumatic pressing where all fermentation tanks are removed without pressure, static cold settling for 24 hours. 50% fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the remainder fermentation in oak barrels. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
